Beris Sweet Iron Anatomical Double Broken D-Ring Bit

D-ring bits prevent the bit from being pulled through the horse's mouth. The anatomically shaped Sweet Iron bits from Waldhausen are characterised by a mouthpiece that is adapted to the horse's mouth. Sweet Iron is made of blue steel, on contact with (air) moisture it begins to oxidise and a sweetish brown-grey surface rust forms. This stimulates the horse's saliva production.
