Activated charcoal has a high non-specific adsorbent capacity (poisonous substances,
toxins, medicines, etc.). Following oral administration, it is not absorbed through the
. It coats the intestinal wall and adsorbs potentially toxic substances, thereby
limits their entry into the bloodstream.

Vegetable charcoal (30%), glycerine

Directions for use

For oral use.
1. Before first use, turn the ring as shown in Figure 1 until
the desired amount is visible between the cylinder and the ring, as shown in Figure 2.
2. Remove the cap and administer the product directly into the animal’s mouth.

Administer the amount of product according to the following table:

The same dose may be repeated every 4 to 6 hours for 24 hours, as recommended by your vet.

Pharmaceutical advice

In some cases, it may be necessary to administer an initial dose of Carbodote® Prime
to facilitate the elimination of undesirable substances.
Allow approximately 3 hours to elapse between administering the product and feeding and/or
oral treatments. The product causes the faeces to turn black and stains
fabrics.
