About this product:

Cydectin 1% Injection for Sheep contains moxidectin. It is for the treatment of worms and scab in sheep.

Active Ingredient: 

Moxidectin 10.00  mg

Target Species: 

Sheep

Dosage:

 0.1 ml per 5 kg live body weight

Administration:

Given as a single subcutaneous injection

Preventative treatment is a single injection.

Administration should be done in front or behind the shoulder using a needle of 1.5 to 1.2 mm diameter and 1.5 cm length.

For mange, curative treatment necessitates two injections 10 days apart.  

Withdrawal:

Meat and offal: 82 days.

Milk: Not permitted for use in ewes producing milk for human consumption or industrial purposes or in pregnant or dry ewes for 60 days before lambing.
