Dehinel Plus Flavour, 10 tablets is a product intended for internal deworming in dogs.

Active substance

1 tablet contains: 

Febantel 150 mg 

Pyrantel embonate 144 mg 

Praziquantel 50 mg

Other ingredients: corn starch, lactose monohydrate, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate.

Indications:

Treatment of mixed infestations with roundworms, nematodes and cestodes in dogs. 

Roundworms: Toxocara canis (adult and larval forms) Toxocara leonina (adult and larval forms) Nematodes: Uncinaria stenocephala (adult and larval forms) Ancylostoma caninum (adult and larval forms) Trichuris vulpis (adult forms) 

Cestodes: Echinococcus granulosus Echinococcus multilocularis Dipylidium caninum Taenia spp. Multiceps multiceps Mesocestoides spp.

Contraindications:

The medicine is not used in case of known hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.

Adverse reactions:

It doesn't exist.

Administration and mode of administration:

The recommended dose per kg of body weight is 15 mg of febantel, 14.4 mg of pyrantel embonate and 5 mg of praziquantel, i.e. 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight. 

The tablets are carefully administered according to the animal's body weight as shown in the diagram below: 

Puppies and small dogs: 

up to 5 kg body weight - ½ tablet 

up to 10 kg body weight - 1 tablet 

Medium-sized dogs: 

up to 15 kg body weight - 1 and ½ tablets 

up to 20 kg body weight - 2 tablets 

up to 30 kg body weight - 3 tablets 

Large dogs: 

up to 40 kg body weight - 4 tablets 

up to 50 kg body weight - 5 tablets 

up to 60 kg body weight - 6 tablets 

The tablets are placed at the base of the tongue or inside a piece of meat, sausage or cheese. The medicine is administered in a single dose. Diet is not necessary when administering the medicine to dogs and puppies.
