The presentation will summarise available evidence for diagnosis and treatment of Equine trigeminal nerve-mediated headshaking, summarising available therapeutic options and their reported efficacy.

• Gain a better understanding of available diagnostic procedures and their advantages and disadvantages in achieving a diagnosis.
• Chose most appropriate treatment approach for trigeminal nerve-mediated headshaking cases.
