Directions:

For puppies 3 weeks of age and older and that weigh more than 2 lbs: administer tablets based on your dog's weight as shown below. Give as a one-time dose. Additional doses may be administered every 2 weeks, if needed.

For dogs weighing more than 150 lbs, use the appropriate combination of WORM BUSTER tablets to achieve the correct dosage. Offer the tablet as a treat or in the dog's food. Food does not need to be withheld before or after administration.

Dosage Instructions: 

For puppies 3 weeks of age and older:

• For Small Dogs and Puppies (2–20 lbs):
  • 2–4 lbs: ½ tablet
  • 5–8 lbs: 1 tablet
  • 9–14 lbs: 1½ tablets
  • 15–20 lbs: 2 tablets
• For Medium Dogs (21–45 lbs):
  • 21–30 lbs: 1 tablet
  • 31–45 lbs: 1½ tablets
• For Medium-Large Dogs (21-150 lbs):
  • 21-45 lbs: ½ tablet
  • 46-60 lbs: 1 tablets
  • 61-90 lbs: 1½ tablets
  • 91-118 lbs: 2 tablets
  • 119-150 lbs: 2½ tablets
• For Large Dogs (46–120 lbs):
  • 46–60 lbs: 1 tablet
  • 61–90 lbs: 1½ tablets
  • 91–120 lbs: 2 tablets

Ingredients:

This formula contains a powerful combination of Praziquantel, Pyrantel Pamoate, and Fenbendazole to target and eliminate a wide range of intestinal worms.

Storage:

Store at controlled room temperature 15-30°C or 59-86°F
