Management and assessment of secondary cardiac complications of critical illness

Many of our critically ill patients suffer from cardiovascular complications during their natural disease progression. During this VECCS/EVECCS lecture we will dive into some of the key areas for veterinary professionals to be aware of including, but not limited to: fluid overload, pulmonary hypertension, and myocardial dysfunction in the critically ill.
