An efficient and accurate oral exam allows us to diagnose any concurrent dental disease during the consultation, discuss the findings and estimate with the pet owners prior to the procedure day. A systematic approach that involves extraoral palpation followed by intraoral visualization and manipulation to identify normal and abnormal structures will be thoroughly discussed during this lecture.
