Owning your growth: Leading clinical development from within (LVS25)

Transformative learning happens when we are able to remain open to opportunities for professional growth, but, with busy working and home lives, this can be challenging.
This session will explore the idea of taking ownership of learning through developing self-insight and compassion and ultimately understanding your needs and preferences as an adult learner.
You will leave the session with ideas, tools, and strategies that empower you to regulate and enjoy learning in the veterinary workplace.

• Deepen insight into your own learning journey to date.
• Identify the tools needed to create a learning environment that works for you.
