The Role of Laser Therapy in Managing Pain

Pain assessment techniques and the role of analgesic drugs and their site of action in the “Pain Pathway” will be reviewed and how the unique properties of laser therapy may be used in perioperative, acute, and chronic pain management. Laser therapy not only reduces the inflammatory process - it has the ability to promote and enhance healing in addition to treating symptoms.
